Ben jij een geboren planner die energie haalt uit het organiseren van transporten en het oplossen van logistieke puzzels? Hou je van een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is? Dan is deze functie als Container Transport Planner misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde logistieke speler die dagelijks instaat voor het transport, de distributie en opslag van goederen. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid zorgen zij voor een vlotte goederenstroom in binnen- en buitenland.

Als Container Transport Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige planning en opvolging van containertransporten. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten efficiënt worden ingepland, chauffeurs beschikken over de juiste informatie en klanten kunnen rekenen op een stipte dienstverlening.

Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en probleemoplossend vermogen verlopen alle transporten zo vlot mogelijk, zelfs wanneer onverwachte wijzigingen zich voordoen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van containertransporten, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Dagelijks aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, terminals, rederijen en externe partners.
  • Opvolgen van laad- en lostijden en bewaken van deadlines.
  • Snel inspelen op wijzigingen binnen de planning.
  • Problemen en operationele uitdagingen efficiënt oplossen.
  • Correct verwerken van transportgegevens en administratieve opvolging.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale bezetting van voertuigen en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkwijzen en optimalisaties.

PROFIEL

  • Ervaring binnen Containertransport is een must!
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende contacten.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en presteert goed onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van computersystemen en planningssoftware.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
