The posting

Bij Agristo Wielsbeke gaan we op zoek naar een Maintenance Planner (Corrective) om onze technische dienst te versterken.

Als Maintenance Planner speel je een sleutelrol in het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van ons machinepark.

Je technische expertise staat centraal terwijl je samen met je team het werkvoorbereidingsproces optimaliseert op lange termijn.

Wat zal je doen bij Agristo? Als Maintenance Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, plannen en evalueren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en doelmatig worden uitgevoerd.

  • Werkvoorbereiding en coördinatie: Plannen en coördineren van correctief onderhoud op basis van storingsmeldingen. Controleren en aanvullen van werkorders: wat moet gebeuren, hoe, en met welke prioriteit. Dit doe je in overleg met de Maintenance Teamleader. Beoordelen van benodigde materialen, tools, capaciteit en doorlooptijd. Inspecteren van de werkomgeving en arbeidsomstandigheden om veiligheidsmaatregelen en andere voorzieningen te treffen. Voorbereiden en coördineren van grote onderhoudstops, inclusief evaluatie tijdens en na de uitvoering.
  • Lange-termijnoplossingen: Initiëren en ondersteunen van continue verbeterprojecten om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van onze apparatuur te verhogen. Deelnemen aan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessies om structurele oplossingen te implementeren bij terugkerende of complexe problemen.
  • Administratie en rapportage: Beheren van onderhoudsdata in ons softwarepakket (Ultimo) en waarborgen van de datakwaliteit. Opstellen van rapportages over onderhoudsvoortgang, storingen en prestaties van de technische dienst.

Wij zoeken een technisch expert die zich graag verder wil ontwikkelen in een rol met impact.

  • Technische achtergrond: Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een technische omgeving. Ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker is een groot pluspunt.
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je bent hands-on en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen. Nauwkeurigheid, orde, en stiptheid typeren jou. Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt graag samen aan gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Talenkennis Vloeiend Nederlands en een basiskennis van Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een troef.
