Voor wie graag het overzicht bewaart wanneer de planning voortdurend in beweging is.

Onze partner is een stabiele en groeiende KMO actief binnen een technische omgeving. Korte beslissingslijnen, een no-nonsense aanpak en een sterke focus op service kenmerken de organisatie.

Voor de verdere versterking van het team zoeken we een Planner die techniek, planning en klantencontact moeiteloos met elkaar verbindt.

Je wordt de centrale schakel tussen klanten, techniekers, sales en onderaannemers. Van een dringende service-interventie tot de plaatsing van een nieuwe installatie: jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materiaal en timing correct op elkaar zijn afgestemd.

Als Planner neem je de operationele planning en opvolging van service-interventies en nieuwe plaatsingen voor je rekening. Je houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, techniekers en onderaannemers:

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse serviceplanning voor onderhoud, herstellingen en dringende interventies
  • Inschatten van de benodigde tijd, techniekers en materieel zodat elke interventie praktisch goed voorbereid kan starten
  • Snel bijsturen en prioriteiten bepalen wanneer dringende aanvragen of onverwachte wijzigingen de planning doorkruisen
  • Coördineren van de levering en plaatsing van nieuwe installaties, vanaf de overdracht door sales tot de uiteindelijke uitvoering
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van techniekers en onderaannemers en zorgen voor een vlotte afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als per mail, en hen duidelijk informeren over afspraken, planning en eventuele wijzigingen
  • Managen van verwachtingen door haalbare timings duidelijk te communiceren en bij dringende aanvragen een realistisch alternatief voor te stellen
  • Opvolgen van onderdelen, leveringen en andere praktische vereisten voor een vlotte uitvoering

Voor deze functie zoeken we een communicatief sterke en hands-on Planner die graag organiseert, snel schakelt en ook in een drukke planning het overzicht bewaart:

  • Sterk plannings- en organisatietalent en het vermogen om verschillende dossiers tegelijk op te volgen
  • Voldoende technische feeling om in te schatten hoeveel tijd, mensen en materieel een interventie vraagt
  • Een communicatieve persoonlijkheid die graag de telefoon neemt en vlot afstemt met klanten, techniekers en onderaannemers
  • Een klantgerichte maar voldoende assertieve aanpak om verwachtingen te managen en duidelijk te communiceren over wat wel en niet haalbaar is
  • Het vermogen om snel prioriteiten te stellen en rustig te blijven wanneer dringende interventies de planning wijzigen
  • Een praktische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid met zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkstijl, gecombineerd met een echte hands-on mentaliteit
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende kennis van het Frans om zelfstandig met Franstalige klanten en partners te communiceren
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus
