We passen onze salesstrategie, serviceproposities, doelmarkten en de competenties van onze medewerkers proactief aan op de toekomst, die vandaag al begonnen is. Om de ontwikkeling intern en bij onze andere bedrijven in Nederland en Europa te borgen, organiseren we regelmatig kwartaalmeetings, kick-offs en - ja - ook feesten. We worden meegenomen in de strategische koers van ons moederbedrijf Econocom. Natuurlijk gecombineerd met entertainment en lekker eten. Daarnaast staan we met z'n allen enthousiast in de kantine mee te doen aan de kerstpubquiz. We gaan op een ontspannen en informele manier met elkaar om. Hoe zou jij het vinden om projecten te coördineren en ervoor te zorgen dat alles rondom de uitvoering soepel verloopt? In deze rol ben jij de spil tussen verschillende betrokkenen en zorg je dat projecten efficiënt en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Je hebt contact met opdrachtgevers, projectteams en interne afdelingen en houdt continu het overzicht. Het ene moment werk je aan de planning en afstemming van een project en het andere moment zorg je dat alle betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd zijn en de juiste middelen beschikbaar zijn.
