Onze klant is een groeiende en wendbare KMO-transportonderneming in de regio rond Antwerpen, gespecialiseerd in snel- en ad-hoctransport door de Benelux en internationaal. Samen met een hecht, no-nonsense team van collega's zorg je ervoor dat elke rit — hoe last-minute ook — vlekkeloos verloopt. Je komt terecht in een informele en dynamische omgeving met korte lijnen waarin jouw inzet en flexibiliteit direct opbrengen.

In deze rol als Transport Planner ben je de spilfiguur die het overzicht bewaart over een gevarieerde vloot van zo'n 100 voertuigen. Je schakelt razendsnel bij onverwachte aanvragen, stuurt chauffeurs efficiënt aan en zorgt ervoor dat de ad-hoc ritten elke dag opnieuw perfect worden uitgezet.

Functieomschrijving

  • Het opmaken en continu bijsturen van de dagelijkse planning voor ongeveer 100 voertuigen (bestelwagens, vrachtwagens en trekker-opleggers).
  • Het realtime schakelen bij last-minute klantaanvragen en ad-hoc transporten.
  • Het telefonisch en digitaal aansturen van de chauffeurs (inclusief een grote internationale en Roemeense gemeenschap).
  • Het verwerken van de planningsadministratie, deels nog via Excel en papier, en het ondersteunen van de transitie naar een nieuw CRM-systeem (Zoho).
  • Het opvolgen van de rij- en rusttijden, ook voor de chauffeurs met een B-rijbewijs bij internationale ritten.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen de transport- of logistieke sector.
  • Bewaar het overzicht in een hectische KMO-omgeving waar nog niet alles geautomatiseerd is.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels om vlot te communiceren met de internationale chauffeurs.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in shiften (starten om 5u, 7u, 8u of 11u) en neemt de avondpermanentie op bij de late shift.
