The posting

Als planner ga je aan de slag bij een bedrijf dat doelgroepenvervoer verzorgt in regio Rotterdam. Per dag worden er ongeveer 7000 mensen vervoerd, dus je kan je voorstellen dat daar een hele planning bij komt kijken. En dat is precies jouw expertise!

Je stelt routes zo voordelig mogelijk op en wijst de routes (ook bij wijziging) toe aan de chauffeurs. Daarnaast houd je nauwlettend de vervoerscapaciteit in de gaten. Als het nodig is, stel je deze direct bij. Ook houd je contact met iedereen die betrokken is bij een rit, zodat de rit tot een goed einde gebracht kan worden. Denk aan de chauffeurs, andere collega's en vervoersbedrijven.

Je gaat fulltime werken in de dagdienst van 07:00 tot 16:00. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt mbo-niveau en ervaring als planner of een logistieke opleiding gevolgd; - Je bent betrokken bij de maatschappij en wat er in de stad speelt; - Je zet je creativiteit in om klanten verder te helpen en denkt buiten de gebaande paden; - Je bent bereid in wisselende diensten en op feestdagen te werken; - Je hebt rijbewijs B, woont in de buurt van Rotterdam en kan zelf op de zaak komen.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.650 en € 3.250 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Baan waarbij je iets betekent voor kwetsbare mensen; - Jezelf ontwikkelen met opleidingsmogelijkheden, o.a. met GoodHabitz; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht.
