Dan is deze functie als planner écht iets voor jou! Dit ga je doen Als Planner zorg jij er iedere dag voor dat de monteurs efficiënt worden ingepland en klanten zo snel mogelijk geholpen worden. Je neemt telefonisch opdrachten aan, vraagt goed door om alle belangrijke informatie boven tafel te krijgen en verwerkt deze vervolgens in het planningssysteem. Geen dag verloopt precies volgens planning. Een opdracht kan uitlopen, een klant heeft met spoed hulp nodig of de route van een monteur moet worden aangepast. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat de planning weer klopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch aannemen van opdrachten en controleren of alle benodigde informatie compleet is. - Inplannen en gereed melden van werkzaamheden in het planningssysteem. - Zorgen voor een efficiënte dagplanning en slimme routes voor de monteurs. - Opstellen van werk- en dienstroosters. - Maken van de jaarplanning voor preventieve werkzaamheden. - Opstellen van verlof- en vakantieroosters. - Goed afstemmen met monteurs, klanten, administratie en collega-planners. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de monteurs buiten. Juist wanneer de planning verandert, laat jij zien dat je snel kunt schakelen en het overzicht bewaart.
