Als onderdeel van ons diverse team, dat bestaat uit beveiligers, monteurs, data-analisten en business developers, draag je bij aan beveiligingsoplossingen waar niemand nog van gehoord heeft. Op Schiphol draait alles om samenwerking, veiligheid en timing. Als Planner Schiphol (personeelsplanner / workforce planner) zorg jij ervoor dat de personeelsplanning en roosters binnen de beveiligingsoperatie altijd kloppen en de bezetting op orde is. Als planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele personeelsplanning en het optimaal inzetten van capaciteit: - Je maakt en beheert de korte termijn planning (tot 8 weken vooruit); - Je bewaakt continu de bezetting en inzet van personeel; - Je lost capaciteitsproblemen op, zoals ziekmeldingen, verlof en extra aanvragen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor circa 12.000 planbare uren per loonperiode; - Je denkt proactief mee bij piekmomenten en onverwachte situaties; - Je stemt af met de capaciteitsplanner, operationeel managers en Manager Planning & Capaciteit; - Je zorgt voor efficiënte roosters en naleving van cao- en wet- en regelgeving. - MBO4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een rol als (personeels)planner, workforce planner of roostermaker; - Ervaring met operationele planning (bijvoorbeeld in logistiek, zorg, hospitality, beveiliging of luchtvaart); - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om snel te schakelen; - Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte werkhouding; - Bereidheid om 1 keer per 4 weken piketdienst te draaien; - Woonachtig binnen een straal van circa 40 km van Schiphol.
