Jobomschrijving

Ben jij analytisch sterk, hou je ervan om structuur te brengen in processen en krijg je energie van plannen en organiseren? Dan kan jij wel eens de spilfiguur zijn die wij zoeken.

Als Planner en Productieadministratie Extrusie zorg je ervoor dat onze productie vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je combineert een sterk inzicht in productieplanning met een nauwkeurig beheer van artikel- en masterdata. Daarnaast waak je over een correcte administratieve opvolging van productie-, klant- en bestelgegevens en ondersteun je de verdere digitalisering van onze processen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid kunnen collega's rekenen op betrouwbare gegevens, een realistische planning en een vlotte operationele werking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je stelt de productieplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat capaciteit, levertermijnen en klantbehoeften optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.
  • Je volgt de planning op, analyseert prestaties en stuurt bij waar nodig om een efficiënte en rendabele productie te garanderen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert artikelgegevens, stuklijsten, kostprijzen en andere masterdata, zodat alle informatie correct, actueel en betrouwbaar is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek en andere interne afdelingen om processen vlot te laten verlopen en knelpunten tijdig te detecteren.
  • Je ondersteunt commerciële activiteiten door prijsberekeningen voor te bereiden, offertes administratief op te volgen en klantinformatie correct te verwerken.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen, ondersteunt bij facturatie en betalingsopvolging en waakt over een correcte administratieve flow.
  • Je beheert gebruikersrechten binnen de systemen en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen, volgt leveringen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van orders en dossiers.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een administratieve, logistieke, technische of economische richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met productieplanning, productieadministratie, supply chain of masterdatabeheer.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en verwerkt cijfers en data met de nodige kritische blik.
  • Je bent vlot met ERP-systemen, Excel en andere digitale toepassingen.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
