Per direct zoeken wij versterking op ons kantoor in Roden bij Platform Easzy voor de functie van Planner & Sales. EASZY is specialist in het leveren van horecapersoneel op de tofste evenementen en festivals, zowel in binnen- als buitenland. Daarnaast ondersteunen wij lokale horecazaken in het noorden van Nederland met gedreven en flexibel horecapersoneel. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die plannen combineert met commerciële drive . Je bent drie dagen per week bezig met de planning en organisatie van onze evenementen en opdrachtgevers. De andere twee dagen richt je je volledig op sales: het actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten, het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand en het creëren van nieuwe samenwerkingen. Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, commercieel ingesteld en krijg je energie van contact met mensen? Vind je het leuk om met een klein team te werken, snel te schakelen en zowel operationeel als commercieel bezig te zijn? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wat ga je doen? Je werkt in een afwisselende functie waarin planning en sales samenkomen. 2 / 3 dagen per week: planning Als event planner ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze opdrachtgevers en horecapersoneel. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het maken en beheren van personeelsplanningen voor diverse festivals en events. - Dagelijks contact met uitzendkrachten en zzp'ers en het beantwoorden van hun vragen. - Het onderhouden van contact met bestaande opdrachtgevers. - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van events en festivals op locatie. - Het bewaken van de personeelsbezetting en het oplossen van last-minute wijzigingen en uitdagingen. - Ondersteunen bij de horecatrainingen die wij geven. 2/ 3 dagen per week: sales/marketing Op de andere dagen ligt jouw focus volledig op groei.
