Ecu Worldwide (Belgium) NV heeft een sterke en dominante positie dankzij haar welgekende, neutrale reputatie en daardoor vertrouwen duizenden Expediteurs hun cargo aan ons toe.

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Planner/ Expediteur (export LCL):

* Na een interne opleiding word je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen tradelanes.

* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele proces en bent permanent in contact met klanten en leveranciers.

* Je werkt pro-actief samen met sales en customer service om de beladingsgraad te optimaliseren, alsook met het magazijn om je containers tijdig en optimaal te beladen.

* Na checken van samenlading en aantal benodigde containers, boek je je deze bij de verschillende partners(transporteurs, rederijen).

* Je maakt laadlijsten op volgens huidige reglementering en doet opvolging van douanedocumenten en geeft instructies aan het douane team voor opmaak douanedocumenten.

* Je bent sterk in klantencontact en gaat voor een excellente service.

* Je hebt een goede talenkennis NL/ENG, FR is een pluspunt.

* Je bent stressbestendig en punctueel.

* Je kan ordelijk, georganiseerd en zelfstandig werken, en dit ook in teamverband.

* Je hebt kennis van incoterms, B/L's en IMO.
