De functie inhoud Als Planner in regio Veurne ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van opdrachten, medewerkers en klantencontacten.

  • Opmaak en opvolging van de dagelijkse planning van medewerkers, voertuigen en opdrachten
  • Coördinatie van wijzigingen en dringende aanvragen zodat de dienstverlening vlot blijft verlopen
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, mail en onthaal
  • Verwerking van aanvragen, reservaties en administratieve dossiers
  • Verantwoordelijkheid over facturatie en administratieve afhandeling van opdrachten
  • Beheer van mailboxen en opvolging van lopende dossiers
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega's om een efficiënte werking te garanderen
  • Bewaken van prioriteiten binnen een dynamische omgeving waar planningen regelmatig wijzigen
