The posting

Als Planner ben je de schakel tussen klanten, productie, transport en verkoop. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en dat leveringen efficiënt ingepland worden. Na een grondige opleidingsperiode groei je door naar een belangrijke rol binnen de transportplanning.

Jouw taken:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantbestellingen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Controleren van orders op product, hoeveelheid, leverdatum en leveradres.
  • Afstemmen van levertermijnen met klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond leveringen, bestellingen en wijzigingen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van leverbonnen, retours en klachten.
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van transportplanningen.
  • Inplannen van ritten en vullen van vrachtwagens op een efficiënte manier.
  • Aansturen van transporteurs en opvolgen van leveringen.
  • Bedienen van de weegbrug en verwerken van logistieke gegevens.
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatie en digitalisering van logistieke processen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in transportplanning of logistieke administratie is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Probleemoplossend en zelfstandig ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en kan je goed behelpen in het Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en MS Office.
