Je komt terecht in een team dat zich richt op het optimaal plannen van monteurs en het waarborgen van een efficiënte uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen? Als planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bijsturen van planningen, zodat monteurs op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Je houdt overzicht, speelt in op onverwachte situaties en zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van jouw belangrijkste taken: - Controleren van aangeleverde werkzaamheden op volledigheid en uitvoerbaarheid; - Opstellen van efficiënte week- en dagplanningen op basis van capaciteit en werkvoorraad; - Inplannen van spoedmeldingen en aanpassen van roosters bij wijzigingen; - Opstellen van wachtdienstroosters en verdelen van opdrachten over meerdere werkgebieden; - Rapporteren over voortgang, prestaties en capaciteit; - Afstemmen met senior planners, coördinatoren en teamleiders over de dagelijkse operatie; - Ondersteunen en aansturen van monteurs, met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
