Dankzij jouw planning kunnen projecten buiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Als Planner ben jij de spil tussen uitvoering, monteurs, uitvoerders en projectteams. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden goed worden ingepland en bewaakt continu de voortgang. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en beheren van personeels- en werkplanningen; - Inplannen van monteurs, materieel en onderaannemers; - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en klanten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en direct schakelen bij wijzigingen; - Bewaken van deadlines en de voortgang van projecten; - Verwerken van planningsgegevens in systemen; - Zorgen voor een optimale bezetting en efficiënte inzet van middelen. Functie-eisen Dit breng je mee: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring als planner, werkvoorbereider of in een coördinerende functie; - Je bent stressbestendig en houdt overzicht; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden; - Ervaring binnen de infra, techniek of bouw is mooi meegenomen.
