Je neemt de werfplanning en werkvoorbereiding voor bliksembeveiligingsprojecten op jou. Je vertaalt werfdossiers naar concrete acties, zodat monteurs en betrokken partijen weten wat er waar en wanneer moet gebeuren.

  • Je leest werfdossiers grondig in, haalt er de essentie uit en zet deze om in een haalbare planning voor de monteurs.
  • Je zorgt dat werkfiches en werfaanmeldingen correct en volledig zijn, met een heldere communicatie over de verwachtingen op de werf.
  • Je coördineert installaties, interventies en herstellingen over heel België en legt de planningspuzzel zodanig dat teams efficiënt kunnen werken.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht bij onverwachte situaties, urgente tussenkomsten en nieuwe klantvragen, en past de interventieplanning snel en doordacht aan.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met interne projectleiders over lopende bouwprojecten en installatieprojecten, zodat planning en uitvoering op elkaar blijven aansluiten.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met externe werfverantwoordelijken en andere contactpersonen, zodat afspraken, werkaanmeldingen en praktische werfplanning duidelijk zijn.

Je profiel sluit aan bij de bouw- en installatiesector en je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar veel beweegt. Je combineert organisatorisch talent met een nuchtere, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring in de bouwsector of installatietechniek.
  • Je haalt energie uit een rol waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en je vlot schakelt tussen verschillende werven en opdrachten.
  • Je denkt vooruit, bent wendbaar en zoekt actief naar oplossingen wanneer planningen wijzigen.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en blijft rustig, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt.
  • Je bewaart overzicht, pakt zaken positief en constructief aan en communiceert helder met collega's en externe contacten.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig; ervaring met planningssoftware zoals Navision of Visual Planning is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
