Je werkt samen met managers, collega-planners en medewerkers en bent een onmisbare schakel op de grootste luchthaven van Nederland.

Jouw werkplek

Jij komt te werken binnen het planteam van Vermaat op Schiphol. Vanuit deze dynamische werkomgeving zorg je samen met je collega's voor een goede personeelsinzet binnen de KLM-operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het KLM-management en hebt daarnaast contact met de Manager Planning Schiphol en planners uit het centrale Schiphol team. Ook schakel je met medewerkers, flexkrachten, HR, salarisadministratie, stafafdelingen en externe partners zoals uitzendbureaus. De operatie is veelzijdig: binnen de verschillende locaties werken collega's in functies als chef, hospitality agent en logistiek medewerker. Je plant zowel medewerkers met een urencontract als flexkrachten met een nulurencontract. Daardoor is geen dag hetzelfde en kan de planning snel veranderen. Jij weet hierin rustig te blijven, houdt de lijnen kort en zorgt dat de personeelsinzet goed blijft aansluiten op wat er op de werkvloer nodig is. Jouw team Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken planteam waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de planners en de Manager Planning Schiphol. Het team bestaat uit 13 collega's, waarvan 5 collega's op Schiphol werken. Daarnaast werk je veel samen met het KLM-management, medewerkers, flexkrachten en uitzendbureaus. Het is een dynamische omgeving waarin samenwerken, snel schakelen en elkaar goed informeren belangrijk zijn. Jouw functie

Als planner KLM zorg jij ervoor dat de personeelsplanning op de verschillende locaties soepel verloopt. Je hebt dagelijks contact met medewerkers, collega-planners, uitzendbureaus en het KLM-management. Naast het plannen houd je je bezig met de administratie rondom de medewerkers en bewaak je dat afspraken en ve
