Planner LCL Export Cleve & Zonen is al 90 jaar een betrouwbare partner in de logistieke keten. Groupage (LCL) en volle containers (FCL) zijn voor ons dagelijks werk. Wij zijn sterk in zeevracht, maar ook in luchtvracht. Daarnaast biedt Cleve & Zonen andere diensten aan, zoals importnominatie, opslag en distributie, douanezaken en verzekeringen. Wereldwijd bedienen wij via 60 directe aanloophavens, ruim 700 bestemmingen. Er wordt gewerkt in een informele sfeer waar ruimte is voor een gezonde dosis ambitie. We zoeken een Planner LCL Export die zorgt voor een zo efficiënt mogelijk scenario per dossier. Jouw rol Als Planner LCL export ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete coördinatieproces van onze LCL-exportzendingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat groupage containers optimaal worden geladen en soepel vertrekken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt continu met verschillende partijen en weet snel te handelen bij onverwachte situaties. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de deadlines en zorgt dat alles klopt tot in de kleinste details. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's, loodsen, vervoerders, rederijen en ontvangende agenten wereldwijd. Zie je een knelpunt? Dan los jij dat proactief op. Ervaring is fijn, maar jouw drive, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oplossingsgerichte instelling maken het verschil. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren en plannen van LCL-exportzendingen en groupage containers - Slim combineren en optimaliseren van ladingen voor maximale containerbenutting - Intensief contact onderhouden met loodsen, vervoerders, rederijen en internationale agenten - Bewaken van planningen, deadlines en documentatie - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en efficiëntie - Zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling Jouw profiel - Stressbes...
