Onze partner uit regio Roeselare is een internationaal actief machinebouwbedrijf dat technisch geavanceerde machines ontwikkelt en produceert voor een specifieke nichemarkt. Met een team van meer dan 200 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van ruim 130 miljoen euro, bekleedt deze organisatie een voortrekkersrol binnen haar sector.

Dankzij voortdurende investeringen in onderzoek en ontwikkeling en een sterke focus op technologische innovatie, werk je hier in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en expertise centraal staan.

Om hun hoogwaardige productie te ondersteunen, zoeken ze een ervaren planner die de voormontageplanning op zich neemt en mee vormgeeft aan een optimale productieflow. Je werkt vanuit een kantoor in de productiehal, samen met de groupleader en teamleader van de voormontage. Deze functie werd gecreëerd als extra ondersteuning voor het team.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zorgt voor een duidelijke en haalbare detailplanning van de montageactiviteiten binnen voormontage
  • Werkt zij aan zij met de groupleader en teamleader montage vanuit hetzelfde kantoor, midden in de productieomgeving
  • Verwerkt stuklijsten, werkinstructies en technische documenten zodat monteurs tijdig over het juiste materiaal beschikken
  • Herkent technische onderdelen en begrijpt hoe ze passen binnen het volledige montageproces
  • Bevindt zich regelmatig op de werkvloer om de uitvoering van de planning op te volgen en bij te sturen waar nodig
  • Neemt administratieve en technische taken over van de groupleader om die te ontlasten in zijn dagelijkse werking
  • Staat in contact met aankoop, logistiek en andere interne diensten over beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en planningsissues
  • Gaat proactief om met knelpunten in de planning en stemt oplossingen vlot af met de juiste collega's
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een technisch- of Bachelordiploma binnen Supply Chain, (elektro)mechanica of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen productie, logistiek of supply chain, maar enthousiaste pas afgestudeerden komen ook in aanmerking!
  • Affiniteit met ERP- en WMS-systemen is een belangrijke troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
