Als Planner Monteurs ben jij de spin in het web van onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning van onze monteurs soepel verloopt en dat afspraken goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met monteurs, klanten en leveranciers en speel je snel in op veranderingen of spoedklussen. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - De dagelijkse planning opstelt en aanpast waar nodig; - Contact hebt met monteurs over hun werkzaamheden en voortgang; - Klanten informeert over afspraken en wijzigingen; - Knelpunten signaleert en creatieve oplossingen bedenkt; - Administratieve taken bijhoudt, zoals het verwerken van werkbonnen. Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? We zoeken een enthousiaste en leergierige planner die al wat ervaring heeft opgedaan en klaar is voor een volgende stap. - Je hebt 1-2 jaar ervaring als planner (bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving); - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet monteurs en klanten op een fijne manier te woord te staan; - Je kunt goed schakelen in een dynamische omgeving; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook als het druk is; - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau.
