Wil jij meewerken aan uitdagende ruimtelijke projecten waarbij je jouw expertise in planning, ontwerp en analyse volledig kan benutten?

Als Planner Omgevingsontwikkeling krijg je een sleutelrol binnen uiteenlopende projecten. Je combineert jouw architecturale achtergrond met een sterk planologisch inzicht en vertaalt complexe ruimtelijke vraagstukken naar haalbare, toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met klanten, overheden en collega's om projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van ruimtelijke projecten van A tot Z
  • Analyseren van ruimtelijke vraagstukken en opmaken van analyse- en haalbaarheidsstudies
  • Uitwerken van ontwerpvoorstellen, visies en masterplannen voor diverse projecten
  • Vertalen van masterplannen naar planningsinstrumenten zoals ruimtelijke uitvoeringsplannen, planologische attesten en vrijgaveverzoeken
  • Opstellen en begeleiden van omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen en de bijhorende procedures
  • Combineren van grafische uitwerking en inhoudelijke onderbouwing tot sterke dossiers
  • Overleggen met klanten, overheden, stakeholders en externe partners
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van dossiers aan besturen, adviesinstanties en andere betrokken partijen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en bemiddelaar tijdens stakeholder- en overheidsoverleg

Je bent een analytische en creatieve professional die ruimtelijke uitdagingen weet om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring en communicatieve vaardigheden neem je vlot een trekkende rol op binnen projecten.

Voor de functie van Planner Omgevingsontwikkeling beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma Ruimtelijke Planning
  • Een vooropleiding als architect of assistent-architect
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen ruimtelijke planning
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Het vermogen om complexe informatie te vertalen naar heldere plannen en teksten
  • Sterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Een goede kennis van AutoCAD en Microsoft Office
  • Basiskennis van QGIS is een pluspunt
  • Een zelfstandige, ondernemende en hands-on ingesteldheid
