Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team van planners en houdt dagelijks het overzicht over alle ritten: van leerlingenvervoer tot zorgritten. Jouw taken? Je monitort routes, signaleert vertragingen en schakelt direct met chauffeurs, ouders, reizigers en gemeenten als er iets verandert. Met handige planningssoftware en je kennis van Excel zorg je ervoor dat elke reiziger veilig en op tijd op zijn bestemming komt. Je past planningen aan waar nodig, regelt wagenwissels en verwerkt alle mutaties administratief. Hierbij heb je veel telefonisch contact en neem je operationele beslissingen zelfstandig binnen de afgesproken kaders. Deze functie is perfect voor jou als je houdt van dynamiek, snel kunt schakelen en energie krijgt van het direct oplossen van problemen.
