Houd jij het overzicht en denk je graag in oplossingen? Wat ga je doen? Jij helpt reizigers hun rit te boeken en zorgt dat de planning goed blijft lopen. Verandert er iets onderweg? Dan zoek je een passende oplossing. Je werkt samen met chauffeurs, vervoerders en collega's van de planning en frontoffice. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je bewaakt de automatische ritplanning en controleert of ritten op tijd en volgens de vervoersvoorwaarden verlopen. - Je lost knelpunten en vertragingen op door ritten, ritcombinaties of de inzet van voertuigen aan te passen. - Je houdt contact met chauffeurs en vervoerders en geeft chauffeurs duidelijke en respectvolle aanwijzingen. - Je handelt incidenten en onverwachte situaties af en informeert reizigers als hun vervoer hierdoor verandert. - Je beantwoordt telefonisch en schriftelijk vragen en boekt, wijzigt en annuleert ritten. - Je legt afspraken en vervoersvoorwaarden duidelijk uit en handelt na 20.00 uur binnenkomende spoedlijnen af. - Je verwerkt en controleert gegevens en handelt meldingen zorgvuldig af. Waar nodig geef je bijzonderheden door aan de juiste collega. Tijdens je inwerkperiode leer je beide werkgebieden kennen. Daarna werk je zelfstandig op de planning en frontoffice. De verdeling hangt af van de bezetting en waar jouw hulp nodig is. Je werkt 30 tot 32 uur per week volgens een flexibel rooster, inclusief avond- en weekenddiensten. Bij de frontoffice werk je tussen 08.00 en 20.00 uur en op de planning tussen 06.30 en 24.00 uur, van maandag tot en met zondag. Voor onregelmatige uren ontvang je een toeslag.
