Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een productieplanner voor onze klant in Nieuwerkerken. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, vervaardigen en installeren van op maat gemaakte poorten, hekwerken, slagbomen en bijbehorende automatiseringssystemen. Jouw takenpakket als productieplanner bestaat uit:

  • Het opmaken, beheren en bijsturen van de operationele planning op zowel korte als lange termijn.
  • Het opstellen van duidelijke werkbonnen en productieorders zodat de vakmensen in de werkplaats exact weten wat de prioriteiten, benodigde materialen en bewerkingen zijn.
  • Het nauwgezet bewaken van de productiecapaciteit en de vooropgestelde levertermijnen.
  • Continu schakelen en afstemmen met de afdelingen inkoop, logistiek en de productieomgeving zelf.
  • Het controleren van de materiaalbeschikbaarheid en het opvolgen van lopende bestellingen.
  • Het signaleren van knelpunten en hierover rapporteren aan de direct leidinggevende.
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en deelnemen aan interne verbeterprojecten om de efficiëntie te verhogen.

Als productieplanner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen productieplanning op zak.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische kwaliteiten en een flinke dosis analytisch inzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en blinkt uit als een echte teamplayer.
  • Structuur is voor jou key; je behoudt te allen tijde het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning wijzigt.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de metaalsector of een andere technische productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met ERP-systemen is een absolute troef.
