Jouw taken

Als productieplanner op onze verpakkingsafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de vertaalslag van orders naar productie en houd je je bezig met het opstellen, coördineren en bijsturen van de productieplanning.

Je bent dagdagelijks bezig met het leggen van een complexe puzzel: je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen, personeel en machines precies op het juiste moment samenkomen voor een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met je collega’s om vooruit te kijken naar de komende weken. Zijn er promoties op komst? Moet de planning worden aangepast vanwege een feestdag? Hoe kunnen we onze processen optimaliseren voor betere resultaten? Bovendien kijk je verder vooruit om in te spelen op toekomstige behoeften, zoals de mogelijke aanschaf van nieuwe verpakkingsmachines.

Je maakt deel uit van een team van meerdere productieplanners. Hierin draai je mee in een (2-ploegen) weekrooster van maandag t/m zaterdag, waarbij je 1x in de 3 weken op zaterdag dient te werken.

Je bent succesvol omdat je als de beste kan multitasken en snel kan schakelen. Je presteert goed onder druk en geniet van een soepel lopend proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie op de juiste plek terecht komt. Je staat in nauw contact met de andere betrokken afdelingen zoals logistieke planning en indien nodig wordt je ingezet als back-up voor de teamleider productie.

Jouw profiel

  • In het bezit van een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig aan ervaring binnen het domein van (productie)planning.
  • Vloeiende kennis Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Excel. Heb je ervaring met een planningstool? Dan is dit een mooi pluspunt!
  • Plannen en werken met cijfers geeft jou de nodige energie!
  • Je bent stressbestendig en blijft rustig onder druk. Daarnaast denk je in oplossingen.
  • Je bent in staat om het overzicht te bewaren (helicopterview) en beschikt over goede communicatie skills.
  • De nodige flexibiliteit. Bereid in shiften (vroege en late ploeg) te werken, alsook het weekend (in rotatie met je collega's).
