Functie

Voor onze klant in Genk, een toonaangevend bedrijf actief in bodemreiniging en milieusaneringen (onder meer bij olie- en brandstofpenetraties), zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Planner Productie & Maintenance.

In deze rol ben je de administratieve en organisatorische spil op de site en sta je in voor de vlotte bezetting van twee operationele installaties.

Takenpakket

  • Opmaken en beheren van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse personeelsplanning voor zowel de productie als het onderhoudsteam.
  • Afstemmen van de planning op de operationele noden van 2 specifieke behandelingsinstallaties op de site.
  • Anticiperen op personeelstekorten, verlofperiodes, piekmomenten en onvoorziene pannes.
  • Vlot en helder communiceren met operatoren, techniekers en werf-/productieverantwoordelijken.
  • Verwerken van administratieve gegevens rond prestaties, planningen en rapportages in de interne systemen.

Profiel

  • Relevante ervaring in personeelsplanning of productieplanning, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of technische omgeving.
  • Administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en in staat om het overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Een vlotte en doortastende communicator die op diverse niveaus weet te schakelen (van werkvloer tot management).
  • Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een degelijke praktische kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
  • Oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig ingesteld.
