Ben jij sterk in plannen, hou je graag het overzicht en krijg je energie van een gevarieerde transportomgeving? Als Planner Resources zorg je ervoor dat chauffeurs en voertuigen op het juiste moment optimaal worden ingezet.

Je komt terecht in een team van 3 planners en speelt een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse organisatie van het transport.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je plant chauffeurs, trekkers en opleggers in voor de geplande ritten. - Je maakt dagelijks de chauffeursbladen op. - Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers en materieel. - Je houdt rekening met rij en rusttijden, beschikbaarheden, voorkeuren van chauffeurs en de kenmerken van het wagenpark. - Je controleert of de planning voldoet aan de wettelijke voorschriften en interne procedures. - Je analyseert de transportplanning op korte en middellange termijn. - Je berekent de beschikbare capaciteit en stemt deze af op de toekomstige transportbehoeften. - Je signaleert mogelijke capaciteitstekorten en anticipeert hier tijdig op. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen rond planning en transport. - Je werkt nauw samen met de warehouse afdeling om trailers en laadcapaciteit optimaal in te zetten. - Je volgt de uitvoering van de planning op en stuurt bij wanneer de situatie verandert. - Je zoekt snel naar praktische oplossingen bij onverwachte wijzigingen. - Je wisselt met je collega's af tussen de voorbereiding en de operationele planning. - Vaardigheden: Je bent sterk georganiseerd en krijgt energie van plannen en coördineren. Je kan snel schakelen wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert. Je behoudt het overzicht over verschillende ritten, chauffeurs en voertuigen tegelijk. Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen. Je denkt vooruit en ziet mogelijke problemen voordat ze zich voordoen. Je bent analytisch en werkt nauwkeurig. Je bent oplossingsgericht en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt je dossiers nauwgezet op.
