HiGENiUS kent een sterke groei en om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een voltijdse planner (schoonmaak):

Als planner ben jij de organisatorische spil van de afdeling reguliere schoonmaak. Samen met je collega zorg je ervoor dat onze schoonmaakmedewerkers dagelijks op de juiste locatie en tijdstip aanwezig zijn bij onze verschillende klanten.

  • Je speelt een cruciale rol in het plannen van deze diensten en het waarborgen van een hoge klanttevredenheid door middel van een vlekkeloze planning en communicatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de teammanager, die verantwoordelijk is voor het aansturen van de schoonmaakmedewerkers en de operationele opvolging op de werven. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alle medewerkers goed zijn geïnformeerd en dat de schoonmaakdiensten op de klantlocaties probleemloos verlopen.

Iedereen kent ons als een bloeiende KMO met een open cultuur en een familiale sfeer, maar bovenal als een bedrijf met een hart voor mensen. Onze medewerkers staan centraal en vormen een hecht en ambitieus team waarbij respect op de eerste plaats staat. Samen dragen ze dagelijkse zorg voor onze klanten met een brede waaier aan opdrachten binnen verschillende sectoren zoals kantoren, scholen, voedingsindustrieen industriële schoonmaak.

Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen administratie of planning is een pré. Ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

• Digitale vaardigheden: Je hebt ervaring met digitale planningssystemen en bent goed bekend met MS Office

• Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. Je kan snel en effectief schakelen met zowel klanten als medewerkers.

• Stressbestendigheid: Je blijft kalm en georganiseerd, zelfs wanneer er last-minute wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties optreden. Je kunt goed omgaan met drukke periodes en weet altijd de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

• Proactieve werkhouding: Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in de planning en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt en zonder fouten verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met de teammanager en andere afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

• Veel goesting: Je hebt de motivatie en de drive om samen met ons een verschil te maken, en je pakt elke uitdaging met enthousiasme aan!
