Hey nieuwe collega,

Di Nitto Dilsen, officiële merkverdeler van onder andere Hyundai, MG, Nissan, KGM & Maxus, is op zoek naar versterking aan de aftersalesbalie. Ken jij het reilen en zeilen van een werkplaatsreceptie als je broekzak en zien klanten je graag terug? Dan ben jij waarschijnlijk de service advisor die we zoeken!

Een greep uit je takenpakket?

  • Je neemt contact op met klanten om onderhouden en herstellingen in te plannen en houdt de werkplaatsagenda gevuld
  • Je ontvangt klanten aan de balie, neemt hun wagen aan en luistert goed naar wat ze precies nodig hebben
  • Je bent de schakel tussen klant en werkplaats: je bespreekt de uitgevoerde werken en licht eventuele extra herstellingen toe
  • Je maakt de werkorders en facturen op en rekent af met de klant
  • Je geeft vervangwagens mee aan de klant

Bij Di Nitto Dilsen draait alles rond klantentevredenheid, en aan de aftersalesbalie maak jij daarin het verschil. Het is dan ook heel belangrijk dat je klantvriendelijk bent, vlot communiceert en ook op drukke momenten het overzicht bewaart. Daarnaast vinden we volgende punten ook erg belangrijk:

  • Je bent een teamplayer en kan werken onder een overste
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan een herstelling duidelijk uitleggen aan een klant
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook in de administratie
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën

Verder is een rijbewijs B noodzakelijk en heb je minstens enkele jaren ervaring als service advisor of werkplaatsreceptionist in de autosector. Je weet dus hoe een werkplaatsplanning in elkaar zit, hoe je garantiedossiers correct afhandelt en hoe je een klant gerust stelt als het even tegenzit. Kennis van elektrische en Plug-In Hybride wagens (kenners weten waar we over spreken) is zeker mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
