Bij MASSET krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met de organisatie. Als Planner & Service Coördinator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze serviceafdeling. Je zorgt samen met de buitendienst voor een efficiënte planning voor onze klanten en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor vragen over planning en service. Moordrecht | Groeiende organisatie | Nieuw, modern pand Wat ga je doen? Als Planner & Service Coördinator ben je de spil van onze serviceafdeling. Je houdt de planning in de gaten, zorgt dat monteurs goed voorbereid op pad gaan en stuurt bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de buitendienst, projectleiding en het serviceteam. In deze rol kun je het volgende verwachten: - Je bent het operationele aanspreekpunt voor monteurs en klanten, vooral bij vragen over planning en storingen. - Je helpt mee om de serviceplanning soepel te laten verlopen en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Samen met de projectleider houd je de projectplanning in de gaten en stuur je bij als dat nodig is. - Je zorgt ervoor dat monteurs goed voorbereid naar storingen en andere werkzaamheden kunnen gaan. - Je houdt de vakantieplanning van de buitendienst bij en zoekt oplossingen bij planningsknelpunten door bijvoorbeeld ziekte of vakantie. - Je verwerkt contracten, projectgegevens en servicegegevens in onze systemen. - Je ondersteunt bij administratieve werkzaamheden en denkt mee over het verbeteren van processen binnen de serviceafdeling. - Samen met het serviceteam beheer je de mailbox voor service- en projectadministratie, zodat vragen en berichten goed worden opgevolgd.
