Krijg jij energie van het vlekkeloos coördineren van zwaar transport en gespecialiseerde montageteams? Als Planner bij deze internationale specialist in transportoplossingen ben jij de regisseur die ervoor zorgt dat mens en materieel op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn, van de regio Utrecht tot ver daarbuiten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning van onze chauffeurs, monteurs en een indrukwekkend wagenpark. Je bent de centrale schakel tussen de klant, de werkplaats en de buitendienst. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je verwerkt aanvragen, plant routes efficiënt in en schakelt razendsnel bij storingen of wijzigingen in de planning. Je hebt een scherp oog voor de geldende wet- en regelgeving (zoals de rij- en rusttijden) en zorgt voor een sluitende administratie. Bij deze werkgever kom je terecht in een nuchter, hardwerkend team waar korte lijnen en een no-nonsense cultuur centraal staan. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Dagelijks inplannen van transporten en montagewerkzaamheden voor diverse projecten; - Optimaal inzetten van chauffeurs, monteurs en gespecialiseerd materieel; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en chauffeurs bij vragen of calamiteiten; - Voorbereiden van de benodigde documenten en vergunningen voor (uitzonderlijk) transport; - Bewaken van de voortgang en bijsturen waar nodig om deadlines te halen; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van ritten en uren.
