Zorg jij voor rust, overzicht en een planning die staat als een huis? Bij Van Kempen werken onze monteurs en engineers dagelijks aan betrouwbare koude- en klimaatsystemen voor onze klanten. Een goede planning is daarbij essentieel. Daarom zoeken wij een Planner Lange Termijn die vooruitkijkt, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden tijdig, efficiënt en voorspelbaar worden uitgevoerd. In deze functie ben jij de spil tussen onderhoud, serviceprojecten en de dagelijkse operatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudscontracten worden vertaald naar een realistische en haalbare planning, waarbij onderhoud en planbaarheid het uitgangspunt vormt. Wat ga je doen? Als Planner Lange Termijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van de onderhouds- en inspectieplanning van onze serviceorganisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Opstellen en beheren van de jaarplanning voor onderhouds- en inspectiewerkzaamheden. Bewaken van een planningshorizon van minimaal drie maanden vooruit. Opstellen van capaciteitsprognoses voor de korte en lange termijn. Afstemmen van beschikbare capaciteit, verlof, opleidingen en consignatiediensten. Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden, inclusief materialen, veiligheidsinformatie en vergunningen. Dagelijks afstemmen met de Planner Korte Termijn om verstoringen te beperken. Samenwerken met contractbeheer, serviceprojecten en teamleiders. Monitoren van prestaties zoals tijdige uitvoering van onderhoud en efficiënte inzet van monteurs. Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen in processen en systemen. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan meer rust, voorspelbaarheid en efficiëntie binnen onze serviceorganisatie. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende belangen en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Daarnaast beschik je over: MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in planning, werkvoorbereiding of contractbeheer. Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur 4PS. Affiniteit met techniek; kennis van koude- en klimaattechniek is een pré. Inzicht in contractonderhoud, SLA-afspraken en inspectieverplichtingen. Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden. Wie ben jij? Jij bent: Sterk in plannen en organiseren. Jouw team De afdeling Klimaat bestaat op kantoor uit 3 collega's en de buitendienst bestaat uit 6 aircotechneuten. Van Kempen Klimaattechniek in Tiel is dé expert op het gebied van klimaattechniek binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening. Van zorginstellingen tot kantoorpanden en van gemeentehuizen tot chocolatiers, wij verzorgen uitgebreide en duurzame klimaatoplossingen voor onze klanten.Daarnaast ontwerpt, bouwt én onderhoudt Van Kempen Koudetechniek industriële koel- en vriesinstallaties voor klanten binnen de AGF, Voedsel- en Bloemenbranche. Dit in zowel binnen- als buitenland. Van Kempen Koudetechniek is onderdeel van Unica, en specifiek van het cluster Unica Industry Solutions. Unica Industry Solutions is specialist in industriële, technische dienstverlening en biedt een totaaloplossing voor ieder vraagstuk in de industrie.
