The posting

Als planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van inkomende opdrachten aan de hand van de beschikbare opslagcapaciteit. Je bent te allen tijde op de hoogte wanneer welke boten toekomen en welke steigers vrij zijn en bent in staat de transfers te regelen indien nodig.

Voor onze terminal gevestigd in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een: planner (shiftwerk)

Jouw functie

Je hoofdzakelijke taken zijn:

  • het inplannen van genomineerde lichters en zeeschepen
  • het opvolgen en bestendigen van het veilig opereren van de terminal
  • het opmaken van de werkopdrachten voor operatoren
  • het coachen, opleiden en aansturen van de operatoren
  • de coördinatie en bijsturing van de (SHEQ gerelateerde) operationele activiteiten
  • nazicht van de meetrapporten na manipulaties
  • beheer en opvolging van de instructies en procedures met betrekking tot het operationele
  • beheer en administratieve verwerking van de verbruiken gasolie, stikstof, elektriciteit en water
  • beheer en administratieve verwerking van de tankdossiers

Kortom: u regelt het gehele traject vanaf de aankomst van het schip tot en met zijn vertrek. Hierbij is het contact met klanten en scheepsagentuur zeer belangrijk. Een planner is immers de onmisbare schakel tussen klant en terminal op operationeel vlak.

Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager en de Terminal Manager.

  • Een hogere logistieke opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (min. A2- niveau)
  • Ervaring in de petroleumsector of de scheikundige nijverheid is noodzakelijk. Ervaring in een tankterminal is een pluspunt.
  • Een logisch denk- en analytisch vermogen
  • Sterk in het oplossen van problemen en het nemen van beslissingen
  • Flexibel, geen probleem met ploegenwerk
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (geschreven en gesproken)
  • Handig met MS Office en administratief nauwkeurig
  • Communicatief, zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en stressbestendig
