Danny Govaerts Riooltechnieken verzorgt al meer dan 25 jaar het rioleringsstelsel in vele Vlaamse provincies, van verstoppingen tot ruimingen, renovaties en inspecties. Wij zijn gevestigd in Hoogstraten en zoeken een planner / technisch administratief medewerker.

Als planner ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en techniekers. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse planning, zelfstandig, met de nodige vrijheid én de zekerheid dat je niet alleen staat in drukke periodes.

Hoe jouw werkdag eruitziet:

  • Je stelt de dagelijkse planning op voor onze techniekers en koppelt de juiste mensen en voertuigen aan elke opdracht.
  • Je beheert het contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail — vlot, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Klanten voelen zich gehoord en geholpen.
  • Je volgt onderhoudscontracten nauwgezet op en schakelt razendsnel bij spoedinterventies.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders met heel wat ervaring, techniekers op het terrein en begrijpt wat er in de praktijk speelt.
  • Je begeleidt hen tijdens hun werkdag, motiveren en coachen zit in jouw natuur.
  • Je denkt verder dan vandaag: je signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt actief mee aan slimmere processen.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en springt in waar nodig, zowel op kantoor als op het terrein.
  • Je houdt de administratie digitaal en nauwkeurig bij — jouw planning is altijd up-to-date.
  • Je bent een organisatorisch talent met sterke helikopterview en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel met collega’s als klanten.
  • Je bent een coachende teamplayer
