Planner Technische Dienst

Jouw functie:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze techniekers en verstrekkers inzake herstellingen van (op maat gemaakte) mobiliteitshulpmiddelen zoals rolstoelen, scooters, …
  • Je volgt de serviceopdrachten op van A tot Z en helpt mee om dit proces te digitaliseren
  • Je maakt een grondige diagnose op basis van de inkomende interventies en plaatst de nodige onderdelen in bestelling
  • Je maakt en plant afspraken in voor de uit te voeren herstellingen alsook leveringen bij onze techniekers
  • Je beheert de vloot vervangtoestellen
  • Je staat techniekers “on the field” telefonisch bij
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontrole uit op de uitgevoerde herstellingen
  • Je rapporteert aan de Coördinator Technische Dienst

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding gevolgd
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een sterke troef
  • Je bent klantvriendelijke en sociaal in omgang
  • Probleemoplossend denken en resultaatgericht werken typeren jouw aanpak
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in een teamverband
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS-Office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ervaring met het gebruik van ERP software is een groot voordeel
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt
