Als Planner Technische Projecten Infra vervul je een essentiële rol binnen de projectteams. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en bewaken van planningen voor diverse infrastructurele projecten. Je fungeert als de spin in het web tussen verschillende afdelingen, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Met jouw nauwkeurige planning zorg je ervoor dat materieel, materiaal en personeel op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats aanwezig zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders om de meest efficiënte planningen op te stellen. Bij wijzigingen in het project ben jij degene die de gevolgen voor de planning inzichtelijk maakt en alternatieve scenario's voorstelt. Je denkt proactief mee over mogelijke knelpunten en oplossingen. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Opstellen en optimaliseren van werkbare projectplanningen; - Monitoren van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders over planning en resources; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van oplossingen; - Rapporteren over de planningsvoortgang aan het projectteam en management; - Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden van bouwvergaderingen; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen de planningsafdeling Met circa 1-2 jaar ervaring kun je bij ons doorgroeien naar senior planner of je specialiseren in complexere projecten. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te ontwikkelen richting werkvoorbereiding of projectmanagement, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en talenten.
