Voor een snelgroeiend en internationaal actief hightechbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Planner Technische Teams. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve omgeving waar technologie, klantencontact en een goede organisatie centraal staan.

Als planner zorg jij ervoor dat de technische teams op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats aanwezig zijn. Je houdt daarbij rekening met de planning van projecten, klanten, transporten en de beschikbaarheid van de teams. Een job met veel verantwoordelijkheid, communicatie en afwisseling dus!

Jouw taken

  • Je staat in voor de planning van de technische teams die installaties uitvoeren bij klanten, voornamelijk in Frankrijk.
  • Je maakt de planning op in overleg met de projectmanagers en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het plannen van Teams en weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk een efficiënte personeelsplanning is.
  • Je contacteert klanten om de geplande installatiedatum te bevestigen en onderhoudt hierbij een goede communicatie.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, technische teams, projectleiders en onderaannemers.
  • Je organiseert transporten, zowel binnen als buiten de EU.
  • Je volgt administratief alles goed op, waaronder facturen van externe plaatsers, vrachtwagens en andere partners.
  • Je beheert mee het wagenpark van poolwagens, bestelwagens en vrachtwagens.
  • Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties snel en correct worden opgelost.
  • Je hebt een diploma secundair of hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of logistieke richting. Een technische achtergrond is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het plannen en organiseren van technische of serviceteams.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een duidelijke en aangename manier te woord te staan.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel voor telefonische contacten als voor professioneel mailverkeer.
  • Je spreekt daarnaast vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen wanneer een planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand zegt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je hebt geen typische 9-tot-5-mentaliteit en vindt het fijn om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
