Ben jij analytisch, houd je van structuur en krijg je energie van het oplossen van complexe planningsvraagstukken? Dan kun jij als Planner Thuis het verschil maken voor cliënten, collega's en de kwaliteit van zorg binnen De Zorggroep. Wat ga je doen? Bij De Zorggroep staat niet alleen de cliënt centraal, maar ook onze medewerkers. Daarom nemen we onze thuiszorgteams zoveel mogelijk administratieve taken uit handen. Als Planner Thuis speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen collega's zich richten op waar het écht om draait: het leveren van goede zorg. Jij zorgt voor een slimme en passende planning van medewerkers en cliënten. Je maakt roosters, plant efficiënte cliëntroutes en houdt daarbij rekening met de wensen van medewerkers, de zorgvragen van cliënten én een gezonde werk-privébalans. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent continu bezig met het bewaken en bijsturen van de planning. Ontstaan er knelpunten? Dan signaleer jij deze tijdig en kom je met passende oplossingen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende belangen, denkt vooruit en houdt ook in drukke situaties het overzicht. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor teams, collega-planners, ondersteuners en managers. Je adviseert over personeelsinzet, verlofsaldi, min- en meeruren en de balans tussen formatie en begroting. Ook analyseer je planningsgegevens en weet je cijfers te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten en adviezen. Je werkt binnen de sector Thuis, die bestaat uit tien clusters. In alle clusters werken we zo veel mogelijk op de locaties waar de teams ook samen komen. Samen kijken we welke plek het beste bij jou past binnen de huidige setting.
