Voor onze klant, een internationaal familiebedrijf in Willebroek, zoeken we een Planner Transport & Logistiek met een talent voor organiseren en coördineren. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat leveringen en afhalingen vlot verlopen en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, zowel aan de balie als telefonisch.

Wat ga je doen als Planner Transport & Logistiek?

  • Coördineren van dagelijkse transportplanning voor zowel volledige als gedeelde ladingen binnen Europa
  • Direct contact onderhouden met klanten om hun transportbehoeften efficiënt in te plannen
  • Onderhandelen met nationale en internationale vervoerders over tarieven en leveringsvoorwaarden
  • Opstellen, bijhouden en afronden van transportdossiers van begin tot eind
  • Signaleren en oplossen van problemen in de planning om een soepel verloop van transporten te waarborgen
  • Prioriteiten stellen bij drukte en onverwachte wijzigingen, terwijl je een gestructureerde werkwijze hanteert

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding in de logistiek of een vergelijkbare achtergrond
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring als planner en wilt deze verder uitbouwen
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en kunt flexibel inspelen op onverwachte situaties
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, maar past je makkelijk aan wanneer plannen wijzigen
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, en hebt een stevige basis in het Frans
  • Je bent proactief en zelfstandig, maar werkt ook goed samen in een team
