Hou jij van structuur en krijg je energie van een planning die helemaal klopt? Dan hebben we een plek voor jou! Bij BVDER zorg jij ervoor dat onze inkomende en uitgaande vrachten goed worden ingepland. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en collega's en houdt het overzicht wanneer de planning verandert. Staat de planning? Dan help je ook mee op kantoor, bijvoorbeeld bij het verwerken van orders. Van de eerste vracht in de ochtend tot de laatste aan het eind van de dag: jij weet wat er rijdt. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel in onze dagelijkse logistieke operatie: - Je plant de inkomende en uitgaande vrachten in; - Je houdt contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs; - Je stemt de planning af met onze logistieke collega's, zodat alle betrokkenen weten waar ze aan toe zijn; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van de planning en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is; - Je houdt rekening met de beschikbare transportcapaciteit, verwerkt transportgegevens en controleert de bijbehorende documenten; - Je denkt mee over hoe we onze logistieke processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren. Plannen is niet de hele dag werk. Is de planning rond, dan help je op kantoor: - Je verwerkt binnenkomende orders; - Je weegt de inkomende en uitgaande vrachten; - Je helpt klanten via telefoon en e-mail; - Je ondersteunt onze accountmanagers waar nodig. Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, zorgt dat onze transportplanning en orderadministratie op orde zijn en dat vrachten op tijd komen en gaan.
