Als Planner bij Tempo-Team Performance Management (TTPM) speel jij een cruciale rol in dit proces. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat onze klant PostNL elke dag kan rekenen op voldoende talent op de werkvloer! Wie ben jij - Je beschikt over hbo-werk- en -denkniveau (verkregen via een diploma of werkervaring). - Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar. - Je bent organisatorisch sterk, houdt overzicht en communiceert helder. - Je bent stressbestendig, werkt graag in een team en kunt snel schakelen. - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.

Wat ga je doen In deze rol ben je de onmisbare schakel tussen PostNL, de teamleiders en onze uitzendkrachten. Jouw takenpakket is lekker divers:

- Drukke piekmomenten of juist rustigere periodes? Jij analyseert de vraag en stemt de personeelsplanning hier naadloos op af. - Je houdt de instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers scherp in de gaten en schakelt bij wanneer er extra capaciteit nodig is. - Vragen over diensten, verlof of de planning? Teamleiders én talenten weten jou altijd te vinden. - Je denkt in oplossingen en waakt over de regels rondom de Arbeidstijdenwet (indien nodig samen met een Senior Planner). - Je verwerkt alle planningsgegevens zorgvuldig in de systemen.
