- Planner Turnaround Bergen op Zoom Planner - Turnaround - Bergen op Zoom - november 2026 t/m eind oktober 2027 Voor een grote industriële turnaround zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Planner . Je maakt onderdeel uit van het planningsteam en werkt onder aansturing van een Lead Planner . De opdracht richt zich op het creëren en behouden van overzicht over alle onderhouds-, revisie- en turnaroundwerkzaamheden en het samenbrengen van de verschillende disciplines in één integrale planning. De opdracht: - Als Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, onderhouden en actief opvolgen van de planning voor de turnaround. - Je brengt werkzaamheden, afhankelijkheden, capaciteit en voortgang samen en zorgt ervoor dat betrokken disciplines beschikken over een actueel en betrouwbaar beeld van de werkzaamheden. - In de voorbereidingsfase maak je je de scope eigen, leer je de plant en verschillende werkgebieden kennen en vertaal je de beschikbare werkpakketten naar een uitvoerbare planning. - Tijdens de uitvoering verschuift de nadruk naar het dagelijks opvolgen van de voortgang, verwerken van actuals, analyseren van afwijkingen en tijdig signaleren van mogelijke knelpunten. - Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Lead Planner, Supervisors, Werkvoorbereiding, Operations en andere betrokken disciplines. Werkzaamheden - Opstellen, onderhouden en actualiseren van de turnaroundplanning; - Eigen maken van de scope en vertalen van werkzaamheden naar de planning; - Integreren van onderhouds- en revisiewerkzaamheden van verschillende disciplines; - Vastleggen en bewaken van logische relaties en afhankelijkheden tussen activiteiten; - Afstemmen van capaciteit, resources en werkzaamheden; - Verzamelen en verwerken van voortgangsinformatie vanuit het veld; - Dagelijks opvolgen van planning versus werkelijke voortgang; - Signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen, knelpunten en mogelijke vertragingen; - Bespreken van voortgang en aandachtspunten met ...
