Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit organiseren, schakelen en communiceren? Dan voel je je in deze rol meteen thuis. Als Planner UK ben jij de spil tussen onze onderaannemers, Customer Service en de dagelijkse transportstromen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt — letterlijk én figuurlijk.

Jouw rol & verantwoordelijkheden:

- Jij stemt de transportcapaciteit slim en kostenbewust op elkaar af voor een vlotte en efficiënte planning - Je denkt actief mee over slimmere planningen en capaciteitsoptimalisaties - Je schakelt snel bij vertragingen of ad-hoc problemen en stemt af met onderaannemers en de collega’s van Customer Service (Zeebrugge & Venlo) - Je bent communicatief ingesteld, je onderhoudt vlot en professioneel contact met onze onderaannemers in het VK alsook met rechtstreeks collega’s. Jouw communicatie kan je beschrijven als constructief, helder en doelgericht.

Werkschema: Je roteert mee in een shiftensysteem: 7u – 15u06 / 8u – 16u06 / 9u tot 17u06 / 10u tot 18u06 Alsook hebben we een permanentiedienst tem 22u 's avonds, dit enkel tijdens de week.

Tijdens jouw opleidingsperiode werk je van maandag tot vrijdag. Na de opleidingsperiode kom je in een regime terecht waarbij er één week per maand gewerkt wordt op maandag/dinsdag/woensdag/zaterdag/zondag OF woensdag/donderdag/vrijdag/zaterdag/zondag. Dit alternerend met de andere collega’s.

Je beschikt over onderstaande kwaliteiten:

- Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkgesteld met ervaring - Je beschikt over relevante tansportervaring - Kennis van de geografie van het VK? Mooi meegenomen! - Je ben vloeiend in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels - Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht - Je houdt het hoofd koel, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht - Je bent een echt organisatietalent met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je kan je constructief opstellen
