Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat Als Planner/ Werkvoorbereider draag je zorg voor een effectieve planning en werkvoorbereiding van de winning en zuiveringsprocessen, zodat onderhoudswerkzaamheden, projecten en overige activiteiten gerealiseerd worden. Jouw doel is om het onderhoudsproces voorspelbaar en soepel te laten verlopen door middel van oplossingsgericht en datagestuurd te werken. Belangrijke taken: - Voorbereiden en coördineren van onderhouds- en projectwerkzaamheden in samenwerking met stakeholders - Plannen en sturen van het werkordermanagement in het gloednieuwe SAP S/4 Hana EAM systeem; - Bijdragen aan een effectieve en efficiënte inrichting van het SAP-systeem t.a.v. PO-plannen en taaklijsten - Periodiek overleg met procestechnici, technisch specialisten, onderhoudsmanagers en externe partijen; - Ondersteuning van Teammanagers bij budgetopbouw en -monitoring; - Verzorgen van inkoop van goederen en diensten bij externe leveranciers; - Toezien op het werken binnen richtlijnen en specificaties t.a.v. het onderhoudsbeleid. Als Planner/ Werkvoorbereider versterk jij het team Planning & Databeheer. Dit team bestaat uit ca. 30 collega's, waaronder 10-15 planners/werkvoorbereiders verdeeld over de vijf regio's.
