The posting

Bij Ecohuis zijn dagelijks verschillende ploegen actief op onze werven verspreid over Vlaanderen. Een goede planning is dan ook essentieel om onze bouwprojecten vlot te laten verlopen. Als planner volg je de werf- en personeelsplanning dagelijks op. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste ploegen op het juiste moment op de juiste werf staan en stuurt de planning bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Een wijziging op een werf, onverwachte afwezigheid of een planning die opschuift? Jij houdt het hoofd koel, zoekt naar een praktische oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken collega's weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je staat hiervoor in nauw contact met onze projectleiders, werfleiding en uitvoerende ploegen. Zo ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen kantoor en werf en help je mee om onze projecten efficiënt te organiseren.

Jouw taken

  • Je maakt en beheert de dagelijkse en wekelijkse planning van onze ploegen op de verschillende werven.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werven op en past de planning aan wanneer werkzaamheden sneller of trager verlopen dan voorzien.
  • Je speelt kort op de bal bij wijzigingen, afwezigheden of onverwachte situaties en zoekt naar de meest efficiënte oplossing.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met projectleiders en andere betrokken collega's over de stand van zaken op de werven.
  • Je communiceert wijzigingen duidelijk naar de ploegen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen tijdig over de juiste informatie beschikt.
  • Je bewaakt het overzicht over de verschillende werven, ploegen en geplande werkzaamheden.
  • Je denkt vooruit en signaleert mogelijke knelpunten in de planning voordat ze een probleem worden.
  • Je zoekt voortdurend naar een goede balans tussen de voortgang van onze projecten en een efficiënte inzet van onze medewerkers.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een sterke organisator en krijgt energie van plannen, puzzelen en bijsturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met zowel collega's op kantoor als medewerkers op de werf.
  • Je bent assertief wanneer nodig en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht: wanneer plan A niet lukt, ga je meteen op zoek naar het best mogelijke alternatief.
  • Je kan goed overweg met digitale planningstools en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Ervaring met planning, personeelsplanning of werforganisatie is een sterke troef.
