Om deze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken zij een Planning Coördinator die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en energie haalt uit het organiseren, coördineren en het maken van een verschil voor klanten én collega's.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Planning Coördinator vervul je een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat een team van meer dan 30 servicetechniekers efficiënt wordt ingezet en klanten kunnen rekenen op een tijdige en kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie in het beheren van de dagelijkse planning. Daarbij schakel je voortdurend tussen klanten, techniekers en interne collega's, los je onverwachte uitdagingen op en bewaak je de voortgang van lopende opdrachten. Dankzij jouw overzicht, organisatietalent en klantgerichte aanpak loopt alles op wieltjes. Deze functie biedt een mooie volgende stap voor iemand die al een eerste ervaring heeft opgedaan in planning, administratie of customer service en meer verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen binnen een stabiele en groeiende organisatie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Een eerste ervaring als planner, dispatcher of in een coördinerende rol
  • Sterk organisatorisch en goed in het stellen van prioriteiten
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
  • Stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
  • Vlot met MS Office; kennis van een ERP-systeem is een plus
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basis Frans
  • Affiniteit met een technische omgeving
  • Een hands-on teamspeler die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt
