De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Planning & Logistiek Coördinator:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de personeels- en capaciteitsplanning voor eigen medewerkers en freelance standenbouwers.
  • Coördineren van de op- en afbouwplanning van projecten in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Organiseren van transporten via het eigen wagenpark en externe transportpartners.
  • Regelen van praktische zaken zoals hotels, transportdocumenten en vergunningen.
  • Afstemmen van de planning tussen projectleiding, productie, atelier en magazijn volgens de verschillende projectdeadlines.
  • Erop toezien dat materialen tijdig voorbereid, gecontroleerd en verzendklaar zijn.
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn in het atelier en magazijn om nauw contact te houden met de operationele teams.
  • Snel schakelen bij onverwachte wijzigingen en praktische problemen tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Relaties met freelance standenbouwers onderhouden en hun prestaties, administratie en facturatie opvolgen.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de logistieke en operationele processen.

Wie jij bent als Planning & Logistiek Coördinator:

  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om verschillende projecten en planningen gelijktijdig te overzien.
  • Ervaring binnen standenbouw, logistiek, transport, eventorganisatie of productieplanning is een sterke troef.
  • Hands-on en pragmatisch ingesteld met de flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen kantoor, atelier en magazijn.
  • Communicatief sterk en comfortabel in de samenwerking met zowel operationele als commerciële collega's en externe partners.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om ook bij strakke deadlines het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Problemen snel kunnen analyseren en vertalen naar een praktische oplossing.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid waarbij vooruitdenken vanzelfsprekend is.
  • Sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en eigenaarschap.
  • Een echte doener die energie krijgt van een dynamische en operationele werkomgeving.
