De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Planner:

  • Dagelijkse planningen opstellen in overleg met operationeel leidinggevenden en klanten.
  • Instaan voor een efficiënte inzet van operatoren, voertuigen en materialen op diverse werven.
  • Opdrachten verdelen rekening houdend met competenties, beschikbaarheden en prioriteiten.
  • Snel inspelen op last-minute wijzigingen, dringende klantaanvragen en onverwachte afwezigheden.
  • De planning communiceren via mail, werkbonnen en andere operationele documenten.
  • Werkbonnen verzamelen, verwerken en voorbereiden voor facturatie.
  • Administratieve documenten voor afvaltransporten opmaken en nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Facturen van ingehuurd personeel controleren en verwerken.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leidinggevenden en operatoren.
  • Dagelijks inkomende mails en telefoons behandelen en de nodige acties ondernemen.
  • Telefonische permanentie opnemen volgens een beurtrolsysteem tijdens de week en uitzonderlijk tijdens weekends.

Wie jij bent als Planner:

  • Ervaring binnen planning, dispatching of een gelijkaardige coördinerende functie is een sterke troef.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om met verschillende interne en externe partijen te schakelen.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om het overzicht te bewaren tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en een natuurlijke aanleg voor plannen en coördineren.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in administratieve opvolging.
  • Oplossingsgericht ingesteld en niet bang om beslissingen te nemen.
  • Flexibel en bereid om indien nodig extra inspanningen te leveren om de operatie draaiende te houden.
  • Vlot in het gebruik van administratieve systemen en digitale tools.
