De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Planning Support:

  • Ontwikkelen, beheren en opvolgen van projectplanningen.
  • Coördineren van de inzet van medewerkers, materialen en projecten.
  • Afstemmen met klanten over de planning, timing en verwachtingen.
  • Anticiperen op wijzigingen en oplossingsgericht bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Werken met projectmanagementsoftware voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van projecten aan het management.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om een efficiënte projectuitvoering te garanderen.

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen planning of projectcoördinatie.
  • Sterk organisatorisch en administratief onderbouwd.
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagementsoftware.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector is een sterke troef.
