The posting

(Plannings)laborant Radiotherapie Dosisplanning met RayStation en werken met nieuwe technieken binnen de radiotherapie. Als (plannings)laborant bij HMC Antoniushove werk je aan nauwkeurige bestralingsplannen met RayStation. Daarbij zet je jouw expertise als radiotherapeutisch laborant (MBB'er) in om behandelingen zorgvuldig en veilig voor te bereiden. Je werkzaamheden kunnen ook bestaan uit het uitvoeren van bestralingen en het begeleiden van patiënten tijdens hun behandeling. De precieze verdeling varieert, afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden op de afdeling en de periode van het jaar. Zo combineer je technische verdieping met betrokkenheid bij de patiëntenzorg. De komende periode investeren we verder in nieuwe technologie. Eind 2026 installeren we als eerste instituut in de Benelux een ZAP-X voor ultranauwkeurige bestralingen van goedaardige en kwaadaardige hersentumoren. Kort daarna vernieuwen we ook onze overige bestralingstoestellen. Wat ga je doen? Dosisplanning is een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw werk. Met RayStation maak je bestralingsplannen die aansluiten op de voorgeschreven behandeling. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig en bewaak je de kwaliteit en veiligheid. Afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden op de afdeling werk je ook mee aan de uitvoering van bestralingen. Je stelt patiënten op, voert bestralingen uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het behandelproces. Daarbij informeer en begeleid je patiënten en hun naasten voor en tijdens de behandeling. Daarnaast werk je op één of meerdere aandachtsgebieden binnen de radiotherapie. Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en krijgt de ruimte om je vakinhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op de afdeling Radiotherapie van HMC Antoniushove, onderdeel van het HMC Kankercentrum.
